I agree that bikes hae no place on the road, but if they have to be, then they NEED to follow the SAME laws of the raod that of a car AND have to pay the same taxes to use those very same roads, bikes should have to be registered (that will help get this state out of debt) and pass road tests like any other mode of transportation on the roads!
