I should really write books

So, last night I come home back to Foxborough  around 11:30/ midnight, get dropped off, and I notice that the neighbor to the duplex next to me pulls into their driveway rather rushed. I think nothing of it, but do take note of their speed. I go inside, go to bed. next morning I wake up along with everyone else, to get the fill of a story from my mother as I do about my morning things...
Let me give some notes to take prior to the story. My parents live in a rather nicely small communal neighborhood, where all the kids are the same age, everyone has a working father, and a stay at home soccer mom (though no one to my knowledge actually plays or even likes soccer, none the less the mothers fit the bill) Everyone knows everyone, they are all quite friendly, we run into each other in town all the time, I think its quite nice personally, and we seem to do quite good taking care of each other. All the houses are like this around here, minus one duplex building that is next to ours. This one seems to be plagued with something unique as of recently (about 2 years worth now). In one half, a group of husband, wife, two little boys, one older and one younger than Sean by a year, and one sister a few years younger than Sean. Moved in over last summer, and never really got along with anyone. A family from out west I assume, careless parents, and kids who just seems self concerned and abusive. Parents to the kids seemed very much so to foster the abuse, listening to the way that they would yell at them and throw them around like rag dolls, always yelling, Their kids with out any toys of their own, which always seemed to be an issue, as the would find them selfs taking items away from the other kids around in a aggressive manner. Being assertive, and getting into sheds locked up, and under others decks. Sneaky ones they were, always throwing rocks seemed to be the pastime to go to. Over time leading to some injury to persons and my car. Parents would get involved after their child was sworn at or injured by rock or stick. police called several times, no to solve anything, but just to bring attention to the group. As of just recently it became to be too much and these people are moving out now, somewhere out west I hear.
To the other side of these people another uniquely unique group of people. A rather inconsistent family. Never making a complete sense to me, but from what I gather, involved a mother with three kids. All three of which are driven into Boston every morning, to get bussed to Foxborough Public school (middle Ahern) and two, to Walpole High School via the states METCO program. As to what I can only understand as to keep taxes down, and so that the other two that go to Walpole schools can remain going to Walpole schools. No father, or at least no male character that is in the building on a consistent basis. On top of that there is a friend to the mother that appears to be at the house taking care of the kids and such more frequently that then the mother herself. who too has a daughter, that is also shipped into Foxborough from Boston, the daughter is in Sean's Class. Any who, so if you are reading this and are a little confused? Good, because I am a little bit too, but I think we both get the general picture.
So Yesterday, while I am in Boston and the such, the kids all come off the bus, from the elementary school, and the mothers are there at the bus stop to pick them up. The girl in Sean's classes, has no one waiting at the bus stop for her, never does, she just goes home, to the unlocked house as she usually does. The afternoon passes, and all the kids are out side playing in the circle. The girl is shy but friendly enough to play with the whole group of kids, but on this day she is more reserved and keeps to her self. More time passes, and she goes to Sean, to ask if She can use his mothers phone to make a call as her phone has died (battery) Sure Sure Sure, So Sean gets a hold of Mom, heres the phone, she makes a call, exchanges few words, and begins to tear in front of Sean's Mother. "Whats the matter, whats wrong, whats wrong" from my mother in reaction to this obviously dis-trot little girl. Evidently the girl was upset for that as she was playing by herself up the street, she managed to hit a car with a rock and bust a window on the car. None the less accidents happen, its a car, and it is now 8'o'clock at night now, and no one but just this girl is home. Granted my mother is a little concerned with the time of day, and not so much for the car. Sean's (my) mother now takes th phone and gives the mother a call, and from what I gather, seemed little concerned, saying that she was working late tonight, and the someone should have know that she was working and not going home till late late tonight. My mother kinda puzzled with that reaction, assumed that, soon after that the mother would have left work to come home, but that was not the case at all. So now a little after 9 at night, the girl confused and scared for every reason she can think of, My mother calls the police. Police show up, talk to the girl. get little to no information of out the girl, as the girl doen't know the names of the mother, the mothers friend, or a grand mother, only phones numbers to that of which when dialed are wrong numbers or are people who change their identity. Now past 10 at night the cops decide they can not do much other than to take the girl them selfs and bring her to the police station and call DSS. The girl leaves quite contently with the cops, mother still left confused, and no contact was made with any family member of the girl...

Needless to say, I'm somewhat curious as to know how the remainder of the story will fallow. I shall post.
