whoa....what is with all the hate here? I agree that bikes hae no place on the road, but if they have to be, then they NEED to follow the SAME laws of the raod that of a car AND have to pay the same taxes to use those very same roads, bikes should have to be registered (that will help get this state out of debt) and pass road tests like any other mode of transportation on the roads!

Bikers pay taxes for the roads too... where does it say roads are for drivers only? I've been pushed off roads by drivers when I run... and I'm way inside the white line. Some drivers like to bully because they're in a car and feel superior. Monica and tsunami show some respect and get over yourself.
